A Bit About Me
Meghan Ferrero works in mixed media, building layers of texture under her paintings. Often her art is an abstract celebration of the forms of nature, but also comments on the beauty of decay and regrowth. Death is an extent form of life, and no matter how hard one tries to preserve things, the mildew and the mold will creep through the cracks and inevitably nature will make new from the old. Her bodies of work stem from her years exploring nature and her desire to protect the delicate balance of life on Earth.
